House Call Doctor
A house call, or Physician house call, is an act of customer service where the doctors goes to the consumers home, rather than the consumer visiting the suppliers place of business. House calls are most often associated with doctor house calls. There are still doctors making house calls. The physician-led multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for any condition, from the simple problems to the very complex, in the patient’s own environment. Thanks to modern technology and our sophisticated, multi-faceted delivery system, we can do more tests and procedures in our patient’s home or place of business than other primary care physicians do in their office. House call doctors are equipped to perform most procedures normally performed in a medical office. House call doctors utilize electronic medical records and will coordinate home health and hospice services, mobile imaging services, durable medical equipment services, laboratory services, and specialist referral services. House call doctors acts as the primary care physician or as augmentation to or as an interim physician to the patients’ present medial team. Doctor’s House calls provide post hospital stabilization service to physicians, insurance plans, and hospitals to mitigate hospital re-admissions.
Sterile Pedicure
A sterile pedicure provides a safe and clean environment to have your nails and skin of the feet treated. Medically based corrective pedicure occur under sterile conditions. A sterile pedicure is a way to improve the appearance of the feet and toenails. Medical pedicures are similar to manicures. Sterile pedicures are not just limited to nails; they involve the removal of dead skin cells on the bottom of feet using a rough pumice stone. Additionally, leg care below the knee is a common and now expected service included in pedicures. Leg care includes depilation via either shaving or waxing followed by granular exfoliation, application of moisturizing creams and a brief leg massage. Medically based corrective pedicures occur under sterile conditions with the supervision of a physician. The physician begins with an anti-bacterial solution and gently exfoliates the feet to eliminate dry skin and calluses. The treatment includes detoxifying, nail shaping and reflexology to improve the look and feel of the feet. This treatment finishes with a matte nail buff or polish. Medical pedicures are available to treat conditions of the nails and the skin of the feet and legs. In a safe and comfortable setting, a Certified Pedicurist who is a licensed aesthetician will use sterile instruments to undertake a basic medical pedicure, dry sole treatment, nail fungal or nail repair treatment or a foot facial. Manicures have been popular for 4,000 years. In southern Babylonia, noblemen used solid gold tools to give themselves manicures and pedicures. The use of fingernail polish started even earlier. Originating in China in 3000 BC, nail color indicated social status. According to a Ming Dynasty manuscript, royalty painted their fingernails black and red. Ancient Egyptians had manicures dating all the way back to 2300 BC. A carving in a pharaoh's tomb depicts early manicures and pedicures, and the Egyptians paid special attention to their feet and legs. The Egyptians also colored their nails, using red to indicate the highest social class.
Hollywood
Hollywood is a neighborhood in Los Angeles, California that is situated west-northwest of Downtown Los Angeles. Due to its fame and cultural identity as the historical center of movie studios and movie stars, the word "Hollywood" is a metonym of American cinema, and people often use it interchangeably to refer to the greater Los Angeles area in general. The nicknames Star Struck Town and Tinsel Town refer to Hollywood and its movie industry. In 1853, one adobe hut stood in Nopalera, named for the Mexican Nopal cactus indigenous to the area. By 1870, an agricultural community flourished in the area with thriving crops of many common and exotic varieties. The residents called this area the Cahuenga Valley, after the pass in the Santa Monica Mountains immediately to the north. Soon thereafter, land speculation would lead to subdivision of the large plots and an influx of homeowners. Hollywood incorporated as a municipality on November 14, 1903. The vote was 88 for incorporation and 77 against it. On January 30, 1904, the voters in Hollywood decided, by a vote of 113 to 96, for the banishment of liquor in the city, except when it was for medicinal purposes. Neither hotels nor restaurants served wine or liquor before or after meals. By 1910, because of an ongoing struggle to secure an adequate water supply, town officials voted for Hollywood to annex into the City of Los Angeles for its water system. Los Angeles was a growing city and had opened the Los Angeles Aqueduct that was piping water down from the Owens River in the Owens Valley. Another reason for the vote was that Hollywood could have access to drainage through Los Angeles' sewer system. With annexation, the name of Prospect Avenue changed to Hollywood Boulevard and all the street numbers in the new district changed.

Warts
A wart is generally a small, rough tumor, typically found on the hands and feet, but often in other locations. A wart can resemble a cauliflower or a solid blister. Warts are common, and develop from a viral infection, specifically by the human papillomavirus. Warts are contagious and spread by contact to skin of an infected person. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects. Warts typically disappear after a few months but can last for years and may recur.
